Yes. Every converter has a Free edition with a full viewer and conversion of up to 25 items per job. The Professional licence removes the limit.
The SetuFlow data tools are Windows applications for Windows 10 and 11. If your mail is on a Mac, export it (for example Outlook for Mac's .olm export) and convert it on a Windows PC.
